Expression of Love
The expression of happiness from the wife upon seeing the cake and admiration from the guests really gave me the confidence and the excitement knowing that they love it. I am thankful that i can make others happy with what i do. This feeling is just amazing. The hours that was put in creating something new which excite others are well spent when i know that what i created make them happy.

Pineapple tarts
I grew up helping my mom making pineapple tarts, a must-have during Chinese New Year. She used to make the traditional type of open tart with the lace topping, a tedious work involved. Now with a tweak in design i created something different but still use her recipe. A gift for your family and friends giving them not only the tradition flavour and also good wishes for this new year too.
Black & White sesame seed cake. A soft and light cake infused with sesame and layered with black and white sesame cream. My signature.
