Was given a free hand in designing this Number 1 cake. So naturally toys would be the theme and back to basic of what we used to play, alphabet cubes, cars, plane and train. Then to add fun onto the cake, i used geometric to color the side of the cake.

These 'angry birds' characters has hit our shore by storm. Not only are kids gaga over it, but mums too talk about it. Even an event was organized recently by a well know mobile company with it as its' theme.

Egg Tart

A meaning simple cake. The Boss's favourite dessert is egg tarts, hence, the highlights here is none other than the egg tarts themselves.

Expression of Love

A surprise birthday cake requested by my good friend for his lovely wife with strawberry, roses and love theme. These were the inspiration for this creation with 31 roses representing "a rose a day and i love you everyday".

The expression of happiness from the wife upon seeing the cake and admiration from the guests really gave me the confidence and the excitement knowing that they love it. I am thankful that i can make others happy with what i do. This feeling is just amazing. The hours that was put in creating something new which excite others are well spent when i know that what i created make them happy.

I was so excited when a friend requested me to bake a strawberry cake, knowing that BIG strawberries are available now. So to compliment those mouth watering strawberry i have pair it with none other than the sinful chocolate. yummylicious!!!

Our mother is always there for us in good and bad times.

Pineapple tarts

I grew up helping my mom making pineapple tarts, a must-have during Chinese New Year. She used to make the traditional type of open tart with the lace topping, a tedious work involved. Now with a tweak in design i created something different but still use her recipe. A gift for your family and friends giving them not only the tradition flavour and also good wishes for this new year too.

Seashell

Black & White sesame seed cake. A soft and light cake infused with sesame and layered with black and white sesame cream. My signature.
